Careers at NRAC

A small nonprofit
with a narrow job.

NRAC has run recall management since 1973, and medication safety alongside it. Everyone here works on one of those two things. The open roles are below. If none of them fit and you still think you would be useful, write to us anyway.

Everything below is a real opening. Send a resume and say which one.

MEMBER-FACING

Customer Liaison

Member facilities call you when a recall lands. You work out whether they hold the product, get it to the department that does, and stay on it until someone signs off. Some days that is four phone calls. On a Class I recall it is the whole day.

Most people who do this well have come from hospital risk, materials management, or a support desk somewhere regulated.

DATA INTEGRITY

Quality Assurance Coordinator

Recalls reach us from manufacturers and from FDA feeds, and they arrive messy. You check lot, control, catalog and UDI numbers against the source documents before anything goes out to a facility. A misclassified recall is worse than a late one.

This suits someone from pharmacy, medical records, regulatory affairs or QA. It also suits someone who has done none of those and is careful by nature.

PRODUCT

Frontend Developer

Two interfaces. The E-CLASS Tracker, where facilities work through recalls, and Safety Intelligence, where they look up a drug. Both are used by people under time pressure who did not choose to be looking at a screen.

We care more about what you have shipped than what you know. Send something you built.
